Legal Abuse and Fraud By Opposing Counsel, Claiming to be “MY” Attorney

I am a protective mother who has encountered legal abuse in the 309th District family court in Houston, Harris County, Texas. I no longer live in Texas due to the threats, and abuse from the corrupt lawyers and judge involved, which includes being jailed for child support when I was the one receiving child support at the time, and forgery and fraud from the father’s attorney. I have barely scratched the surface, with detailed information of all of the atrocious abuses and corruption involved in this case, but I thought I would start with touching on a few things to draw attention to a very serious issue in our family courts.  I intend on exposing those things that have been hidden and in secret to the public. As you can see the father’s attorney signed orders, telling a VISITING UNSUSPECTING JUDGE that she was MY lawyer, and that we all agreed to an order which grants me supervised visits with my daughter and changing her last name to the father’s last name, who she barely knew, and all done without my consent. In the image I posted, shows and follows : STEPHANIE PROFFITT, ATTORNEY FOR JENNIFER SISK, affirmed by her signature, and then below you can clearly see, JENNIFER SISK, PRO SE, absent of my signature. Due to the legal abuse thousands upon thousands of dollars that I do not have to fight this corruption, I have decided the only way to fight is by exposing those things that are hidden in the darkness and in secret.

  1. Jennifer – it’s amazing how you twist your story. The fact is, you are mentally ill and that is why you lost custody of your daughter. You were jailed for violating the court order and kidnapping your child. You Know that so why mislead everyone? Both judges and your daughters attorney all decided you were unfit. Hell you don’t even visit her or pay a penny in support but you claim to be a good mom? What a joke. Keep playing the victim. I the meantime another woman is being mommy to your daughter.

    1. FYI: I am sorry that Jennifer had to even read anything you’ve said here! I was shocked when I read this response on this blog but then I see that she is showing the truth in regards to what you did! You open up what she truly has had to tolerate for so long. So she rattles your bones and you start viciously attacking her! You’re nothing but a slimy slug! Go try your scare tactics on someone else! No one deserves what you told her! You’re unprofessional just like all the 309th court monsters. Did you take some classes from Dean on how to humiliate, torment and shred someone up!? I have personally witnessed what is happening in the 309th and YOU WILL BE STOPPED!

Your defamatory statements involve your written and verbalized allegations by claiming that you are Jennifer Sisk’s attorney and that I agreed to your’s and Claudia Canales’ proposed orders. I am requesting CLARIFICATION, OR CORRECTION in writing within 7 days, or you agree that you have committed fraud, identify theft, criminal misconduct, extortion, coercion, libel, slander, discrimination, and retaliation.

    Ms. Proffitt, you have also made the following statements, “The fact is you are “mentally ill” and that is why you lost custody of your daughter. You were jailed for kidnapping your daughter. You know that so why mislead everyone? Both judges and your daughter’s attorney all decided you were “unfit”. Hell, you don’t even visit her or pay a penny of support yet you claim to be a good mom?     Please provide CLARIFICATION, or CORRECTION with any documentation, in reference to your allegation of fact that I, Jennifer Sisk, am “mentally ill” and that is the reason that I lost custody of my daughter. Please include transcripts of ANY expert witnesses, and their assessment which allegedly diagnosed me, Jennifer Sisk, with “mental illness” in any court proceeding that we were in. Please provide for myself or public either the CLARIFICATION, CORRECTION, or proof of any alleged charges and or convictions of the “KIDNAPPING” that you are referring to, that meet the legal elements defined by Texas law for kidnapping. Also, requesting CLARIFICATION, or CORRECTION that I do not come and visit my daughter. As far as not paying a penny in support, that is also false as I do not ever recall entering into or consenting to any contract, that would obligate me to do so

    Accordingly, I demand that you (A) immediately cease and desist your unlawful defamation of me, Jennifer Sisk and (B) provide prompt written assurance within seven (7) days that you will cease and desist from further defamation of my character and reputation.

    If you do not comply with this cease and desist demand within this time period, you STEPHANIE PROFFITT AGREE THAT I, JENNIFER SISK, am entitled to seek monetary damages and equitable relief for your defamation. In the event you fail to meet this demand, please be advised that I will pursue all available legal remedies, including seeking monetary damages, injunctive relief, and an order that you pay court costs and attorney’s fees. Your liability and exposure under such legal action could be considerable.

    Before taking these steps, I’d like to give you one opportunity to discontinue your illegal conduct by complying with this demand within seven (7) days. Accordingly, please sign and return the attached Defamation Settlement Agreement within 7 days.

    Defamation Settlement Agreement

    I, ________________________________, agree to immediately cease and desist defamation of JENNIFER SISK’S character and reputation in exchange for JENNIFER SISK releasing any and all claims against me for defamation. In the event this agreement is breached by me, JENNIFER SISK will be entitled to costs and attorney’s fees in any action brought to enforce this agreement and shall be free to pursue all rights that JENNIFER SISK had as of the date of this letter as if this letter had never been signed.

      I have been dealing with Proffitt for over 6 years with her representing my ex. The political ties to the arbitrator in my case, while my ex started running for judge. She lied to the court, she committed witness tampering, perjury, among other disgusting acts. She is a horrible human being and mother. If you would like to talk, feel free to email me. I just got a ruling yesterday terminating Dupuy’s rights in spite of everything that Proffitt did to keep my kids from me and enabling a man who wanted to kill me and kidnap my kids.   3. OMG! I am reading this blog in horror! She is just like the rest of those animals including that biggest animal on the bench, I call SATAN herself. I pray that you can make a difference for other parents going through the same thing! I thought of writing something more respectable and decent but look at what you’re up against! They are filthy scums of the earth and should be treated accordingly! She needs to be held accountable! Somebody please call the Dog Pound! Prayers and Hugs for you!

  7. I thought I was the only one out there who had 2 convicted fellons..drug dealers..abusers..tale my babies. One in Midland TX..that one helped the one in FL..where I fled to protect my babies..they were drug back kicking and screaming..by authorities..for a man who was trafficking drugs across the country to 14 places in Texas! Money buys power and his attorney was just as much skum as he. I did not have the privilege of being jailed in Tx..but in Fl..for false protection order allegations against a man who is facing charges as we speak for abusing a 3rd woman!
